Common questions
Do I need an account to register?
Some direct-registration events allow a guest RSVP with an email address and the details the organizer requires. Approval events and waiting lists require an account. The registration page explains when you need to sign in.
When is my place confirmed?
Read the result after submitting. Confirmed means a place was reserved. Awaiting approval means the organizer still needs to decide. Waiting list means there is no reserved place yet. Merely opening the form does not hold a place.
What happens when an event is full?
If the organizer enabled a waiting list, you can sign in and join it. When a place is offered, check My events and accept it before the displayed deadline. An offer can expire; a waiting-list entry is not an admission ticket. If no waiting list is offered, check with the organizer about availability.
Why has registration not opened, or already closed?
The organizer can set a registration window, pause registration or cancel an event. Registration also depends on the event start time and available capacity. Use the message on the event page rather than assuming the event is accepting new guests.
What should I do if submission fails or the connection drops?
Keep your entries and check My events, if signed in, before starting another submission. Retry the same registration when the page offers that action. If the registration questions changed, reload the current questions and review your answers. Contact support with the event link and error message if the result is unclear; never send a password or session cookie.
