Contact guidanceWhat should I include when reporting a problem?
Include the event link, a short description, approximate time and the exact error if there is one. A cropped screenshot can help. Remove passwords, verification codes, session cookies, private joining links and other guest details before sending.
Is there a fee or payment checkout?
The current event registration tools cover free events and do not include a paid checkout. If an organizer directs you to an external site, review its terms and verify the organizer before sharing payment information.
